From time to time, workers come into conflict with a boss, be it a boss, manager, director, or higher. Conversely, the boss may feel uncomfortable around his employees and no longer trust their ability to do their job successfully. An ad campaign is a series of advertising messages that share the idea and theme of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC). IMC is a platform where people can group their thoughts, beliefs and concepts into one large media base. Advertising campaigns use different media channels over some time and target a specific audience.

The campaign theme is the central message received in promotions and is the main focus of the advertising campaign. It defines the motive for a series of individual advertisements and other marketing communications to be used. Campaign themes are usually created to be used over a significant period, but many are temporary due to inefficiency or market conditions, competition, and marketing mix.

Advertising campaigns are built to achieve a specific goal or set of plans. Such purposes usually include building a brand, increasing brand awareness, and increasing conversion/sales rates. The success or failure rate in achieving these goals is calculated using performance indicators. There are five key points an ad campaign needs to consider to be effective. These are integrated marketing communications, media channels, positioning, communication process diagram and points of contact.

Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) is a conceptual approach used by most organizations to develop a strategic plan to broadcast their marketing and advertising campaigns. There has recently been a change in the way marketers and advertisers interact with their users, and they now see it as a dialogue between ad/marketing teams and consumers. IMC is emerging as a critical strategy for customer experience management organizations in the digital age. More and more traditional advertising methods such as newspapers, billboards, and magazines are still in use but do not affect previous years.

The importance of IMC is to make the marketing process flawless for both the brand and the consumer. IMC tries to combine all aspects of marketing into one whole. This includes sales promotion, advertising, public relations, direct marketing, and social media. The goal of the IMC is to bring all these aspects of marketing together as a single force. This can be done through methods, channels and actions when using the media platform. The ultimate goal of IMC is to convey brand information to consumers in the most convenient way.
