Treasures means a lot to everyone. Of course, everyone likes a good thing, it is not only good, but it is something worthwhile. Treasure can mean different things to several people. For some this it could be a car, on the other hand it may be mansions for others, it may be jewelry (especially for women), and still for some others it may be money. Whatever it means to you, just keep in mind that what we are referring this to wealth.

Many people love to collect and store for themselves a lot of money, cars, houses, and the list goes on. However, they spend most of their energy, time and resources in order. This should not be a big surprise, because we will always hold tight and dearly to everything that we value and will do anything to keep it with us.

It really explains why the rich young ruler who met Jesus and was told to sell all his possessions and give the money to the poor, it is very difficult thing to do. I realized that he spent his whole life collecting and preserving these treasures and give them all the same way as it would be the craziest thing to do.
