Engines and demolition machines play an important role in moving factories. They also work with airports, malls, and ports to help with complex installations. Machinery movers offer their customers the following services:

The relocation and installation of machinery. This could involve moving one part of the machine to remove the entire production line of the plant. This service may also include the installation of new equipment.

Storage of machinery. Factory machines can be stored for short or long periods depending on the customer’s needs. The machines are kept in the warehouse until they are ready to move. Before moving machines from their original location, a detailed parts list is created for each part of the machine and each connection point. The Installation of Machinery

To get the factory up and running as quickly as possible the engineers make a series of necessary arrangements. This is often known as a vertical start-up procedure. The operations are included in a vertical start-up procedure;

Adding yellow lines. This involves an engineer checking connections made by other engineers. It also involves the analysis of removal documents.

Static checks. This process is essential for the overall installation of the machine. The machines are watched closely as they rotate by hand. This is important because the engineer can determine if a component is damaged.

Dynamic checks. While the electronically controlled machine is in operation, a dynamic check is performed to ensure it rotates correctly.

Insulation and resistance testing. This test is done to check all cables in case they were damaged during transit. The company moving the machine can then operate the machine safely.

Input check. This check is helpful to see whether the PLC is receiving the appropriate signals.

Output check. This check is done by engineers to make sure the PLC is sending out the correct signals.

Dry running. Dry running is performed before the machines are handed over to the customer. This is important to the customer as they can inspect the machines to make sure they are working properly as they need to and engineers take specific readings, including speed and temperature.

Shakedown for five minutes. After completing the test, shake for five minutes to check if the connections are strong enough.
