Freedom is a deeper meaning, the basis of all your desires. When you want more money, you really need the freedom to have and give anything. When you want a better relationship, you want to experience the freedom to be yourself, love and be loved. When you want a different career, you need the freedom to express your unique talents and passions and fulfill your goal. When you want to improve your health and fitness, you crave the freedom to be physically happy and loving your physical form.

There are many ways to create freedom in your life. The first step to freedom is to make the intention to pursue freedom in all areas of your life and agree with nothing less. This is a great commitment, but it is important to do so. As soon as your intention is freed, freedom will come to you. This is an invitation. If you want someone to come to dinner, you must invite them, turn on the lights so that they know that you are at home, and then open the door when they come. They are unlikely to come otherwise.

The next step is to create a structure to create freedom in your life. Following your intentions in action often requires tangible changes in your life to achieve your desired freedom. If you are not currently experiencing unlimited freedom in your life, you have beliefs that hold you back. By creating a daily structure to transform your existing beliefs, you can change your belief system so that freedom is allowed in your life. Some of the daily exercises that you can apply include visualization, affirmations, journaling, and gratitude.

1. Visualization

Visualization is the use of your mind to imagine how you want your life to look. This is an incredible technique used by Olympic athletes, business leaders and many others to succeed. By visualizing what you want in your mind, you are actually creating a network in your brain that allows you to create these desires from the outside. When you visualize, imagine all five senses – vision, sound, smell, taste and touch. For maximum results, visualize your goals at least twice a day.

2. Affirmations

Affirmations are short sentences describing the goal you want to achieve. Affirmations are phrased positively and in the present, as if you had already reached the goal. As an example: my career allows me to express my purpose and my passion. This affirmation is more intense and positive than the saying “I want a career that does not suppress my joy and does not pay poorly.” Create a list of affirmations customized to your goals and read your affirmations in the morning before starting your day and again before going to bed. You can even write affirmations in the notes after it and place them in various places that you visit, for example, in a car or on a computer.

3. Journaling

Journaling is an incredible exercise because it allows you to track your daily progress in the pursuit for freedom. When old beliefs are revealed to you, write them down in your diary. When you are experiencing a breakthrough of the epiphany or a really good day, write it in your diary. You can look back and see the patterns of your life, how you coped with something, how you achieved a certain goal. Journaling is a simple, invaluable tool that will be very useful for you.

4. Gratitude

Another important step in creating freedom is the practice of gratitude. See how you already experience freedom in your life. In the course of the day, notice everything that you are grateful for – people, places, things, events, experiences. According to the law of attraction, when you realize that you are grateful, you will attract more than you are grateful, as well as more things for which you will be grateful. Write at least five things in your diary daily that you are grateful for. You will soon see in your life the positive changes that this simple exercise brings.

The conclusion is that you deserve unlimited freedom in your life and you must strive for it yourself. When you find that you think of comfort, carefully turn your thoughts back to what you really want. Make sure that the steps you take in life lead you to the freedom that you are striving for. If you consistently follow freedom, your path will become easier and clearer.

Take this year is for freedom. Think of it as your mantra. Wherever you go, whatever you do, think about freedom, freedom, freedom! Think of freedom, dream of freedom, act with freedom. The more positive attention you give to freedom, the more freedom you will receive in your life. Imagine freedom and it will become your reality.
