Millie Bobby Brown is best known for her breakout role as telekinetic child Eleven in Netflix’s TV series ‘Stranger Things.’

Millie Bobby Brown is a Spanish-born British actress who was born on February 19, 2004. Her family moved to the United States when Brown was four years old, and then four years later moved to Orlando, Florida, to start an entrepreneurial business. It was there that she was noticed by a talent scout who told her parents: “she has instincts you cannot teach.”

Brown’s parents sacrificed everything – move with their family to Los Angeles – to see Brown’s acting dreams come true. Within three months of moving, Brown got the role of Alice in ABC’s Once Upon a Time in Wonderland and soon appeared as Madison O’Donnell in BBC America’s Intruders. While Brown continued to work in smaller roles on TV shows such as NCIS, Modern Family, and Gray’s Anatomy, she continued to yield to bigger roles.

Strange Things

However, as things seemed bleak, Brown landed an audition for Netflix “Strange Things”. “I had to cry in the audition. My emotions were so raw, I hit it out of the park,” she said. A few weeks later, Brown was on a plane to start filming in Atlanta.

The success of the show was such that all its main actors made big promotions aimed at launching the third season in July 2019, according to rumours, Brown earning as much as its best-known star, Winona Ryder.
