We cannot be said that PUBG is one of a kind because there were a lot of games based on this battle royale style. PUBG designer Brendan Greene says he got the inspiration from the Japanese film “Battle Royale”. Some of the similarities with this game are the movie “The Hunger Games” and other games such as “H1Z1: King of the Kill,” “DayZ” etc.

However, since there are many games, movies and stories, most of the things are saturated. What matters now is how they present themselves to the audience and whether they can connect with them. This determines the success rate in this era of games. Some of them are exceptional.

PUBG is a non-Valve game on Steam to have the most number of players. Overtaking CS: GO Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Dota 2, which are Indie Studio’s best Steam games, is an abnormal phenomenon. But PUBG made it possible. It taught us again that “Nothing is impossible,” and at the time of writing this more than 50 million copies were sold. It achieved tremendous success while still in its early access.

Gameplay

There are a total of 100 players along with the gamer itself. You will board on the plane, and you should be dropped onto the island.

After a parachute down from an aeroplane, you will have to get things, because you will not have anything in your hands. There may be a problem if there are people in the corner of the map and they are not found. To avoid this situation, in a few minutes, a circle will appear, and you will need to be inside the circle, and over time, it will begin to decrease. If you are out of the circle, you will lose health. So your main goal is to loot and be the last person to stand out in the game to get the “Winner Winner Chicken Dinner” award. You can play solo, duet and team. Their optimization is not so great. I hope they fix it in the future.

Now Microsoft is investing in PUBG, and they have some shares in Bluehole, and they plan to release it on Xbox One X.
