Shikanoin Heizou is an Anemo character that you can play as in Genshin Impact. He is the top agent for the Tenryou Commission and has a grudge against Sango from the Bantan Sango agent Agency.

Normal Attack

Does up to 5 fisticuffs, each one powered by a strong wind and dealing Anemo DMG.

Charged Attack

Does a wide kick that hurts Anemo and uses up a certain amount of Stamina.

Plunging Attack

Heizou calls on the strong wind and jumps to the ground from the air, hurting everyone in his way. When it hits the ground, it does AoE Anemo DMG.

Press

Uses the fast winds to attack with a Heartstopper Strike that does damage to Anemo.

Hold Charges energy to deal a blow that is even stronger. While he is charging, the Declension effect will happen, which will make the Heartstopper Strike stronger. When you let go of the skill button or the skill is fully charged, he will attack forward and deal damage to Anemo.

Declension

The next Heartstopper Strike will be stronger. No more than 4 stacks. When you have 4 Declension stacks, the Conviction effect will happen. This will make the next Heartstopper Strike even stronger and cover a wider area.

Jumps into the air, hits his opponent with the Fudou Style Vacuum Slugger, and then kicks them. When hit, the Vacuum Slugger explodes and makes an Arresting Windtunnel that grabs nearby enemies and items and deals AoE Anemo DMG.

If Vacuum Slugger hits an enemy that is hit by Hydro, Pyro, Cryo, or Electro, that enemy will get Windmuster Iris. After a short time, this Windmuster Iris will burst and spread out, dealing damage across a wide area based on its element.

With the Windmuster Iris, Vacuum Slugger can hurt up to four opponents at most. A single enemy can’t be affected by more than one type of Windmuster Irises at the same time.

While Shikanoin Heizou is on the field, he can use a Swirl response to get one more Declension stack for Heartstopper Strike. Every 0.1s, this effect can be set off.
