The client, Emilio Koyama, is a former partner of Walter White’s in the drug trade. Emilio is facing drug charges, and Jimmy, seeing an opportunity to make some quick cash, suggests that Walt plead guilty to the charge of possession of product and take the rap for Emilio’s manufacturing operation, allowing him to plead to a lesser sentence.
